Holybei values each client deeply and are committed to ensuring you receive the utmost care and attention during your appointment. To create the best possible experience, we invest extra time and energy in preparing for each visit. Appointments are scheduled with enough time allocated for up to a Level Three facial, so if you book a Level One and decide to upgrade upon arrival, it’s no problem!

A deposit is required to reserve a first-visit appointment. Please note our 24-hour cancellation policy: if you cancel within 24 hours, another deposit will be required for your next appointment. Inform us as soon as possible if you need to cancel so that we can offer the slot to others waiting.

Respect both your time and your practitioner’s by arriving and settling in with ample time. Complete the intake form prior to your visit. For first-time or returning clients after a long absence, allow up to 20 additional minutes for a thorough consultation.
